Classé Closet ships merchandise Monday – Friday, excluding holidays. All orders will be processed and shipped within 7 business days from payment posting. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking information.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or errors on the shipping information provided. The customer assumes all responsibility once a tracking number has been issued and will have to work with their local postal service to resolve any issues.

We accept merchandise for store credit within 7 days of receiving your order. We do not offer refunds or exchanges, only store credit. All items must have original tags attached and be in their original condition, unwashed, unworn and without damage. We reserve the right to refuse any merchandise that does not meet our requirements to be eligible for a return. Bodysuits, swimwear, white items, lingerie, sale items, shoes, accessories excluded and are FINAL sale.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return of merchandise. Once your return is received please allow up to 5 business days for your store credit to be issued, and email confirmation of your processed return. Any packages returned without a return request, will be denied.
